About Refund Processing Times
We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned package and provide a screenshot of the refund. Please note that if you used a debit or credit card (rather than your PayPal balance) to complete the payment, refunds may not be instantaneous, as the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used. In short, if you paid with a credit card, you may receive the refund within 7 business days. The processing time for refunds on orders paid by card depends on the processing speed of your bank. If you paid using your account balance, the refund will be credited to your account immediately after we process it.
