If you purchase a Purse larger than 25 cm, we do not include the original box by default due to the high shipping costs. However, we will provide a dust bag and use a cardboard box for outer packaging. If you are willing to pay the additional shipping fee and specifically require the brand’s original box, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email.
We promise to process your order and ship your package within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If you have purchased a watch, we typically ship the package within 72 hours, as watches require more rigorous quality testing and additional water resistance services, which take longer to process. Before shipping the package, we will take actual photos with a smartphone for your reference.
ABOUT SHIPPING SPEED
We have established strong partnerships with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and various local European carriers such as Royal Mail, Canada Post, Uni Uni, and others. We offer two different shipping speed options.
For customers in the U.S. and Canada: Once we provide you with a tracking number, you can expect to receive your package in approximately 12–15 business days. We will also notify you before your package arrives.
For customers in Europe, we use a shipping route with a standard delivery time of 15 business days by default. While we do offer faster shipping options, the 15-business-day route is more reliable.
ABOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES
All our shipping routes include customs duties, so buyers generally do not need to pay any additional fees.
Since you are purchasing an item with a brand logo, our shipping is discreet.
